Returns

Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Condition: Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Proof of Purchase: Please include your order number or receipt with your return.

How to Return

To begin the exchange or return process, please contact us at  hello@doxiedenboutique.com or via our contact page with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return.

Shipping costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
